The Honest Clips is operated by James William Rippin, a sole trader. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you contact us.

Information we receive

At the moment, this website does not accept Content Scan submissions or collect information through a form. If you email us, we may receive the information you include, such as your name, work contact details, company details and the subject of your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, assess a potential project and, where appropriate, take steps towards an agreement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in operating and responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who receives it

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help us run email, hosting or business administration, only where needed for those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, manage any resulting agreement, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or an objection to our use of your personal information. You can also ask for a portable copy where that right applies. Email jwrippin77@googlemail.com to make a request.
